‘The Preidlhof Way’ philosophy is to revitalise the pleasure factor in the eating experience, to train the senses, to promote perception and body awareness, to achieve longer lasting, health benefits. So, it isn’t just about what you eat, but also why you eat, how and where. These experiences are passed on by Patrizia Bortolin directly as well as the spa therapists and healers. All have a strong background in health and prevention and have undergone in-depth training led by Slow Food experts, psychologists and wellness experts. They incorporate practical experience in the sessions to offer each guest an enchanting and highly sensorial experience. Wholefood and predominantly plant-based with South Tyrolean and Mediterranean influences, the menu is free of gluten, lactose, egg, and sugar. The selection changes every evening and comprises seven courses incorporating the freshest ingredients in season.
