Brisk walking or running can stimulate the cardio-circulatory system, Pilates helps lengthen the muscles. Or even Flow Rope to experience a moving meditation. “Hypnotic gestures, similar to a dance, no jumping or running, simple movements that do not load joints but favor their natural movement” explains Pamela. “The training possibilities are endless, it depends on the pace you choose to give to your rope. The rhythmic thud created by the impact of the rope on the floor creates a sound that takes you into a state of deep relaxation that has all the characteristics to be defined as a real meditation in movement.“

Latino FIT is the perfect solution for those who want to move while nourishing creativity and lightness. “It is a combination of love for dance and fitness, traditional fitness steps enriched with elements taken from many Latin American dances” explains Kasia. “Choreographies designed on the hot rhythms of Latin music that include elements of salsa, samba, rumba and cha-cha will make everyone feel special. And at the same time, you can painlessly lose unnecessary kilograms, strengthen your muscles and produce a significant amount of smile that will be enough for the whole day”.
Or again, Barre au Sol: a floor gymnastics technique, inspired by classical dance exercises such as the plié, the rond de jambe or the battement with stretching elements, to expand the range of motion of the joints of the whole body and activate the muscles, without burdening the legs and spine. “Barre au sol is a classic warm-up for dancers transferred from the barre to the mat. A practice, full of grace and elegance, which helps to strengthen and lengthen the body, to feel wonderfully relaxed and to have an invaluable desire to continue working” continues Kasia.

Those who have experienced it know that in particularly intense and tiring moments, having the opportunity to stop and take even just a 20-minute walk immersed in nature can completely change the course of the day. Preidlhof’s outdoor activities take place precisely to enhance the strength of movement, in the midst of uncontaminated nature, among centuries-old plants and Mediterranean essences.
During the morning hike the trainer guides us on a healthy 90-minute walk that stimulates energy, balances the body and mind and puts us in contact with nature, rivers, earth, trees and their beneficial effects. Hiking itineraries and panoramic walks at high altitude in Val Venosta and on Monte Sole are of different commitment and duration. And also cycling itineraries, three first-class golf courses, with mountain views, rafting, kite, tennis, and for lovers of winter sports a ski area, Ortler Skiarena, which brings together 15 ski areas with a total of 330 km of slopes.
Movement, in all its forms, is transformation and supports the production of that healthy heat which is the spark to make every change blossom.
