The comprehensive and expert care of our guests is very important for us. We will require some information in advance so that we can tailor our treatments to your individual needs.

It is best to wear a bathrobe with sandals and a swimsuit/trunks. We provide disposable briefs for most treatments. If you have booked Glowing Flow or Shiatsu, we kindly ask you to wear a tracksuit or comfortable, loose cotton clothing; an item that you can feel relaxed in as a small amount of massage oil may be applied in your treatment if required. In our Team operate male and female Therapists of proven professionalism, seriousness and great experience and according to the required specializations the most suitable practitioners will be assigned. Please leave your valuables in the room safe and also refrain from using your mobile phone to ensure tranquillity for all guests throughout the Spa facilities. If possible, show up at the spa department 5 minutes before your appointment so that you are not rushed.

Important: we recommend you apply for a cost refund plan for baths and massages from your health insurance company before you arrive for your spa holiday at the Preidlhof. Most treatments by Dr. med. Angerer are also recognised as medical costs by health insurance companies.

Cancellations and displacements are free of charge if made up to 24 hours before your appointment. You are otherwise charged full price.
