Appointment cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise we unfortunately have to charge you 50 % of the price.

The individual and precisely tailored care of our guests is important to us. We do require some information in advance so that we can tailor our treatments to your individual needs. You will receive a questionnaire for this on arrival or at the SPA reception desk.

Opening times of the PREIDL Med Spa:
8.30am – 7.30pm

For medical consultations and health checks, as well as for Shiatsu, Thai Yoga and the PREIDL lift-up (lifting the spine), we ask you to please come in tracksuits or comfortable clothing.

For all other treatments, we would ask you to come in your bathrobe: we will provide the necessary disposable underwear. Please leave your valuables and your mobile phone in your room safe to ensure that you can rest and relax fully during the treatment. Please arrive in the SPA area at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Dr. med. Alexander Angerer will also be happy to provide you with some professional and comprehensive advice. Even after your departure. Upon request, our health professional will be happy to contact you after two and a further four months following the start of therapy to ensure the best possible post-treatment.
